    Hello and good job on the Hired gun contest. Its good you are willing to work hard , that is really the only way to improve. As far as your work, You have the idea down. Wrapped up head and one eye, a very very mercenary look. Your character dose look like a killer 4 hire. I seen a few renders in the mix that look decent but don't have the PROPER IDEAS, which looks like a good foundation on your end. So keep at it and pick up some anatomy drawing lessons from the net.
